Madjar Navah is a Managing Director & Partner in the Düsseldorf office of the Boston Consulting Group.

A core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods practice, Madjar specializes in industrial & chemical distribution, as well as engineered products and greentech. He has comprehensive experience leading large-scale transformations, strategy (incl. portfolio, digital) development, and next generation commercial excellence engagements.

He has led global transformation programs across all phases from strategy to design to implementation for both family and non-family businesses during his time at BCG USA and Germany.
