Giuseppe Pacileo joined Capsugel (Lonza) in 2022 and is currently Vice President, Regional Business Unit Head EMEA, serving the Hard Empty Capsules (excipients) and specialty Ingredients business for pharmaceutical and nutrition customers. Previously, he held international leadership roles at ExxonMobil and VTTI across trading, commercial, strategy, and transformation. He holds a degree in Business Economics and completed executive education at Vlerick Business School and INSEAD.
