Norman Goldberg

Dr. Norman Goldberg earned his doctorate in physical organic chemistry at Technical University in Berlin, conducted research at Cornell University, New York, and carried out independent research on novel materials as an assistant professor at the Technical University of Brunswick, Germany. As CEO of tesa SE, he has made significant commitments to sustainability for the company, setting ambitious targets for 2030. The Swiss-born German (1966) has two adult sons and lives in Hamburg.

Dr. rer. nat. Norman Goldberg, CEO of tesa SE, a wholly owned affiliate of Beiersdorf AG, in office since 2020. Dr. Goldberg has more than 20 years of experience in international top management with responsibilities in marketing and sales, research and development, and the production of chemical products. Prior to joining tesa in 2017 as a Member of the Executive Board, Direct Industries, he was CEO of Lohmann GmbH & Co. KG.
