Terms and Conditions

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to Belgian Law.

FEES: Fees are subject to Spain’s VAT @ 16%. For all prices  please view the rates above. All Delegate fees are inclusive of lunch, refreshments, conference documentation and attendance to the Opening Reception and Gala Dinner. The Partner Programme includes any of the excursions listed and the evening networking events. The programmes are subject to minimum numbers and it may be necessary for the organisers to alter the excursion programme as necessary.
VAT: Under EU Customs and Excise regulations delegates are required to pay VAT on any conferences taking place within the EU. Delegates may be entitled to reclaim this cost.

CANCELLATIONS: Must be in writing 10 working days before the event and will be subject to an administration charge of €150 for the conference pass and €90 for the Partner Programme. We regret that no refunds will be made for invoices cancelled after this time and the full registration fee will be payable. Substitutions may be made at anytime.

DATA PROTECTION: FECC has contracted Interel to manage the FECC 2010 Annual Congress event on its behalf. All the information collected for this purpose is confidential. The data will be held on a database and will be owned by FECC and only shared with Interel for the purposes of running the FECC Congress. Interel will not share this information with any third parties for either commercial or other reasons. Should your personal data need to be updated, you can access it upon request. Your details will not be made available to, external companies for marketing purposes.
