A chemical engineer by training, Mr Eberhard has more than 30 years of experience in chemical distribution and an in-depth knowledge of the industry, from the perspective of suppliers, operators and customers.
Previous stations in his career were chemical multinational Dow Chemical, Swiss materials and technology group Von Roll, global advisory firm KPMG and Swiss specialty chemicals distributor prochem AG (now part of Nordmann, Rassmann), were he held a number of technical development, strategic planning, marketing & sales and general management positions.
Mr Eberhard is based in Zurich, Switzerland and works with a global client base on strategy development & implementation and Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) projects.

Liam McCarroll joined Univar in January 2017, serving as the Sustainability Coordinator in a global capacity. From 2014- 2016, Mr. McCarroll held the title of Global Sustainability Officer at Innovation Group, a major service provider to the insurance industry.
Prior to joining Univar, he also held roles in energy generation and the energy generation supply chain. Mr. McCarroll holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in geography and environmental management from the University of Northumbria and is currently studying towards his master’s degree in environment, health and safety from the University of Sunderland.

Mr Milek is an expert in regulatory affairs, quality system standards and GMP/GDP compliance. He is a registered Qualified Person according to EU regulation and responsible at Aug. Hedinger GmbH & Co. KG, a specialised excipient supplier in Germany, for Quality, RA and GMPs.
Mr Milek is member of different committees of industrial trade associations (FECC, IPEC, BAH and APV). He is currently chairman of the Good Trade and Distribution Practice Committee of the European Association of Chemical Distributors (FECC) and chair of the International Pharmaceutical Excipients Council Europe (IPEC Europe)

Dr. Alexander Keller studied Chemistry at the Technical University of Karlsruhe and Business Administration at the University of Hagen. He holds a Ph.D. in Technical Chemistry.
After working for nearly 20 years in the global Chemicals Competence Center of an international management consulting firm (the last 6 years as Partner/Senior Partner), Dr. Keller joined Monitor Deloitte in September 2016.
His focus and experience are on strategic topics, in particular understanding specialty chemicals and petrochemicals market, competitive frameworks and developing effective growth and entry strategies. His client base predominantly comprises large and mid-sized European Chemical Companies, consulting them globally. Furthermore, his work keeps abreast with the global structural changes in all dimensions within the framework of the chemical industry including upcoming game changers such as Digitalization and Circular Economy in order to formulate winning strategies for leading global chemical companies in different geographies. Max Robinson’s 30 year career with Dow Chemical began in 1980 with assignments in the R&D, financial, marketing and business functions and his product responsibility covered Epoxy, Polyurethanes, Glycol Ethers, Adhesives and Polymers for the Construction Industry. He was appointed Global Business Director for Specialty Resins & Powders in 1999 and from 2007-2010 he was Global Director of Dow’s Customer Technical Service Centre. Max has a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Chemistry.
After retiring in 2010 Max worked on a consulting basis as Commercial Director for Dow’s Sadara joint venture and then later was appointed as Country Manager for Ethiopia and opened Dow’s first office in the country.
In 2004, Max together with his wife Kathryn established their charity Rainbows4children which builds schools for children of parents with disabilities in Ethiopia. In 2015, Max and Kathryn were awarded honorary doctorates by Mekele University for Humanitarian Services to the community.
