All Delegate fees are inclusive of lunch, refreshments, conference documentation and attendance to the Opening Reception and Gala Dinner.
Under EU Customs and Excise Regulations Delegates are required to pay VAT on any conferences taking place within the EU. All fees are subject to Polish VAT at 23%. Delegates may be entitled to reclaim this cost. For further information please contact our Communications Officer email@example.com
Any cancellation must be communicated in writing not less than 10 working days before the event and will be subject to an administration charge of €150 for the conference pass and €50 for the partner programme, evening networking and Saturday excursion. We regret that no refunds will be made for invoices cancelled after this time and the full registration fee will be payable. Substitutions may be made at any time.

In order to access certain areas or features of the Fecc Congress 2017 Site, you must first register to participate to the Congress via the Fecc Congress Site registration feature and you must provide to us, personal data (e.g. first and last name, email address, payment verification information). You are responsible for maintaining the privacy and security of your User Account Information, including your password and for the security of any device on which you access your User Account as well as for protecting the confidentiality of any information stored on such device. You may not share access to your User Account with any third party for any reason. If you believe your User Account privacy or security has been compromised you must notify us immediately. We use this information only to verify your identity, fulfil your requests and for other purposes authorized of us for the Fecc Congress 2017.
Fecc contracts with third parties when you register to the Fecc Congress event(s) and accessing the Fecc Congress site. Such third parties receive access to your information only to the extent necessary to assist us in processing your requests, and for example, you may be redirected to a third party website in order to submit registration details and certain payment information (e.g. your credit card information) for verification and processing. We may use third party services in order to track and analyze non-personally identifiable user activity in order to fix errors, monitor usage and improve performance of the Fecc Congress site. Any of your information received by such third party is subject to such third parties privacy policies and applicable law and regulation.
If at any time you wish to delete your User Account, you may contact us and we will delete your User Account and your User Account Information. We may also delete or suspend your User Account without advance notification to you if you have violated or we suspect you may have violated these terms and conditions or any law or regulation applicable to the Fecc Congress Site.

'Force majeure' frees both parties, the delegate and the organiser, from the contractual responsibilities of this agreement. Force majeure includes: e.g. war, military occupation, riot, strike, total collapse of the provision of supplies, total suspension of air traffic (except in the case of adverse climatic conditions and strike).
Delegates are advised to procure their own personal and travel insurance.
